Service Description

Authentic Core Pilates and Pilates Education Institute (PEI™) offer a 500-hour Pilates Teacher Training Program in Eau Claire, WI. The program is approved by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). Graduates can take the National Pilates Certification Teacher Exam for accreditation. ​ The 10-month program begins in March 2026 and includes 7 weekend sessions. It covers Classical and Contemporary Pilates and focuses on individualized instruction. Students learn anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles, including the reasons behind each exercise, contraindications, and modifications for safe and effective teaching.
