Exercise has always been a part of my life, thanks to my mom. After developing fibromyalgia, I discovered that movement is essential for my well-being. While some exercise programs have been challenging, I continually seek new ways to help my body feel better.

That’s when I found Pilates! Joseph Pilates said, "If you do Pilates 10 times, you will feel the difference; after 20 times, you will see the difference." I truly believe this. Pilates enhances awareness of our body’s capabilities and how we exist in space.

With 22 years as a massage therapist, I have a deep understanding of the body. I enjoy blending my massage experience with Pilates, observing movement, imbalances, and strengths—all coming together beautifully. I am committed to lifelong learning and grateful for the opportunity to explore this through Pilates.

Moving to Eau Claire during the pandemic has been a transition, but I believe everything happens for a reason. We are excited to be near our son and daughter-in-law and to introduce a boutique Pilates studio to the community. Pilates is for everyone, whether you're managing health issues or seeking a challenge. It's a fantastic way to gain strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina.

I have been practicing Pilates for eight years and teaching for six. My Comprehensive Certification through Peak Pilates involved 525 hours of training, which has been both challenging and rewarding. I'm also qualified to teach TRX and Yoga Barre, allowing me to keep my classes interesting. The Pilates community is welcoming and encouraging, creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

I look forward to sharing the joys of Pilates with this wonderful community!

Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level 2 Certified Instructor

After working in banking and graphic design, I began mind-body work in 2017. My goal is to give each client a challenging, motivating, and positive workout. I offer modifications and personalized guidance along the way. Building strong relationships with clients is important to me, and I am committed to inspiring them through my passion for Pilates.

I have completed Level 1 and 2 certification through Peak Pilates and am currently studying for Level 3. In addition to Pilates, I am a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT500) and also teach Barre. My experience in mind/body work has taught me to be true to myself and to the people around me.

I am a native of Thailand. After living in the United States for almost 30 years, I recently became a U.S. citizen. I am a proud mother and an enthusiastic karaoke singer. I love all things Mexican, especially margaritas, guacamole, and my Morkie, who’s not Mexican, but I love him anyway!

I am originally from Onalaska, WI, but I am currently studying kinesiology here at UW Eau Claire. I grew up as a gymnast and always had a passion for staying active, but as I got older I noticed that the sport I loved was beginning to take a toll on my body. I was having joint and back issues and eventually developed acute scoliosis which brought my gymnastics career to a halt at the end of middle school. Since quitting I tried many different forms of exercise including weight lifting, running, yoga, and more to find a new outlet for myself. I continued to have back pain, and nothing helped until I began my Pilates journey! I have been doing Pilates for many years at home and on my own and gained a love for it very quickly. About a year ago I started going to a studio in my home town and knew I wanted to learn more, so I looked into the training course offered through the studio. I graduated early from highschool and used my second semester of senior year and the summer before freshman year of college to finish my training. I was trained through Pilates Sport Center which included 428 hours worth of classroom instruction, practice teaching, observation and more. I am now certified on mat, reformer, Cadillac, the Spine Corrector/Baby Arc, and Ladder Barrel! However, the best part about Pilates is that there is endless information and techniques to keep educating yourself on, so I am so excited to keep learning, teaching, and exploring my passion for Pilates!
