Group Reformer 2

Service Description

This is a great level for those who have previously taken our Reformer 1 class. In Reformer 2, the tempo is faster paced yet focused without stopping the class flow. We will be working more on strength, balance, flexibility and higher resistance. 75% of class is on the Reformer or Mat and 25% is on apparatus including the Springboard, TRX Suspension Training, Ballet Barre and more. Ideal Pilates experience is 6+ months of regularly attending Pilates Group or Private Classes. Please NOTE: This class is not suitable for those with injuries or are pregnant.
