Service Description

This Intermediate Pilates Reformer class is designed for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to challenge their strength, stability, and coordination. Using the Reformer machine and other fun equipment, this class builds on foundational Pilates principles with added complexity, pace, and dynamic movement patterns. Ideal for Clients with prior Reformer experience (8 - 12 months of Reformer 1) who are comfortable with spring changes, machine settings, and basic Pilates vocabulary.
