Service Description

This Intermediate Pilates Reformer class is designed for clients who have a strong foundation and are ready to further challenge their strength, stability, and coordination. Using the Reformer along with additional engaging equipment, the class builds upon core Pilates principles while introducing greater complexity, increased pace, and more dynamic movement patterns. This level is ideal for clients with prior Reformer experience (approximately 12–18 months of Reformer 1) who are comfortable with spring changes, machine settings, and basic Pilates terminology, and who are healthy with no current injuries.
